  Great Bay Plumbing and Heating was established by Brandon Holmes who is now in partnership with his brother, Adrian Holmes. Together, they have over 20 combined years experience in plumbing and heating. Brandon is a Master Plumber and head of the Plumbing Division. Adrian is a Heating Technician and heads up the Heating Division. They are currently installing in the area.

  Since incorporation Great Bay has acquired many new accounts, specializing in new construction and remodeling. Homeowners and contractors have been very pleased with the level of service and professionalism provided by Great Bay.

  We have planned and engineered complete plumbing and heating systems, for new home constructions throughout the greater Portland area. We perform full cost appraisals, consult with homeowners and contractors to create and revise building plans and material lists, and manage material accounts with Greater Portland area plumbing and heating supply houses. We perform proficient installations of radiant floor heating; in wood, concrete or tile; retro or new applications.
